1. About the Service

StreamTracker is a TV show tracking app that helps you keep track of shows across streaming platforms and receive daily episode notifications. The service is provided by StreamTracker ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use StreamTracker. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your login details confidential.

4. Subscription & Billing

• StreamTracker offers an auto-renewable annual subscription at $9.99 per year.
• A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone or iPad Settings under Subscriptions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, reverse engineering the app, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. TV Show Data

StreamTracker uses data from TVMaze to provide show information, air dates, and episode details. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party data. Show schedules and availability are subject to change by networks and streaming platforms.

7. Intellectual Property

The StreamTracker app, its design, code, and branding are owned by StreamTracker. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

StreamTracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that notifications will be delivered at the exact scheduled time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed episode notifications.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us through our support page.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
