How do I add a show?
Tap the "+ Add Show" button at the top of the app. Enter the show name, platform, and what day it airs. It will appear on your weekly schedule.
How do I get push notifications on my iPhone?
Open StreamTracker in Safari on your iPhone, tap the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen." Open the app from your home screen icon and go to Settings → Push Notifications to enable them.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Can I use StreamTracker on multiple devices?
Yes — your account syncs across all your devices. Just log in with the same email and password on each device.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → StreamTracker, then tap Cancel Subscription.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@getstreamtracker.com with the subject "Delete My Account" and we'll remove all your data within 30 days.
