Privacy Policy

StreamTracker is built to help you keep track of the shows you love. We take your privacy seriously and only collect what we need to make the app work.

StreamTracker is operated by Point Zero AI LLC, a limited liability company registered in Arizona, USA. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy refer to Point Zero AI LLC.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account with email and password, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed version of your password — we never see or store your plain-text password.

When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique Apple-provided identifier and either your email address or a private relay alias chosen by you. We do not store a password for Sign in with Apple users.

When you enable push notifications on iOS, we register a device token issued by Apple's Push Notification service (APNs) so that we can deliver your daily episode notifications. The token is unique to your device and our app, and we use it only to send notifications you have opted in to.

We also store the shows, platforms, and watch status you add inside the app, along with your preferred notification time and timezone.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide the StreamTracker service — to save your shows, send daily episode reminders, and allow password resets. We do not use your data for advertising or analytics.

When you search for a show inside the app, your search query is sent to TVMaze (a public television database) so we can return matching show details such as air dates and episode information. TVMaze's handling of that query is governed by their own privacy policy. We do not share your account or email with TVMaze.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on managed cloud servers protected with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms (bcrypt) and are never stored in plain text.

5. Email Communications

We only send emails you request — such as password reset emails. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

StreamTracker uses your device's local storage to keep you logged in between sessions and to cache your shows for offline viewing. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising trackers.

7. Children's Privacy

StreamTracker is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your Rights — Including Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time directly inside the app under Settings → Delete My Account. The deletion is immediate and removes all your shows, platforms, settings, device tokens, and account information from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app, you may also contact us via the support page below and we will process the deletion within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the app.
